Each shade is shaped using the Dinanderie technique at the Souq Nhas metalwork quarter in Marrakech, where every strike of the hammer creates a living texture that catches and diffuses light differently from every angle. The raw brass finish deepens naturally over time, making each single pendant a distinctive piece of functional art.

Marrakech Dinanderie Craftsmanship
Every shade is individually hand-hammered by Abdul Jalil’s atelier in the Souq Nhas district of Marrakech, using the traditional Moroccan metalwork techniques of Dinanderie that have been practiced across generations of brass artisans. The hammering process creates a constellation of tiny facets across the raw brass surface — no two pendants share the exact same pattern. Because the finish is raw brass rather than plated or coated, the metal responds to its environment, gradually warming in tone as it ages.
