Wholesale Questions Trade Buyers Ask First
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
The standard minimum is 10 pieces per style, and you can mix styles across categories in one order. Rugs have no minimum because each one is woven individually by the Tiftilin Cooperative. Quantities can be flexible depending on your project.
How long does a wholesale order take to produce?
Generally two to five weeks, depending on category and quantity. We confirm the production window in writing before payment and tell you if anything changes.
Who actually makes the products?
Named artisans and workshops in Marrakech and the Middle Atlas make the products. Each has a profile on this site, so you can see who makes each collection.
Do you supply hotels and hospitality projects?
Yes. We supply hotel groups, riads, restaurants and event companies, with custom sizes, colours and finishes available across most categories.
Where do you ship, and how are orders sent?
We ship worldwide from Marrakech and quote freight per order. We can arrange door-to-door, air or sea freight, or your forwarder can collect. Export documents are supplied.
What are your payment terms?
Wholesale orders are split 50% before production and 50% before dispatch. The first payment releases work to the workshops; the balance is due when the pieces are ready to ship.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are paid in advance and credited against your first wholesale order.
How do I open a wholesale account?
