Bags are the heart of the collection. On the leather side, Omar has worked at the Bab Debbagh tanneries for over 20 years, tanning full-grain goatskin and cowhide in terracotta vats using the same cedar bark and mineral process used in Marrakech’s medina for centuries. His collection covers every carry style — totes, crossbody bags, shoulder bags, backpacks, and travel duffles — all hand-stitched and brass-fitted. On the natural fiber side, Dounia, known in the medina as the “Heart-Weaver of Marrakech,” hand-weaves palm leaf and raffia into straw market totes, round crossbodies, and woven backpacks that are lightweight, structured, and built to last. Jewelry is drawn from two of Morocco’s oldest metalworking traditions.
