Six diamond texture tea glasses in handblown recycled glass with the characteristic aqua-teal tint of Moroccan beldi glassware. The raised diamond pattern is moulded into the surface during blowing — not etched, not painted, not a decal — so each facet catches light like a tiny prism and casts honeycomb shadows across the table. At 10.5 cm tall with a 5 oz capacity, these are the tallest tea glasses in our collection, sized for a generous pour of mint tea.
Raised Diamond Texture
- Set of 6 handblown recycled glass tea glasses with a moulded diamond pattern
- Per glass: 10.5 cm H x 6 cm D | 5 oz capacity | set weight approx. 1 kg
- Colour: Teal — the natural blue-green aqua tint of recycled Moroccan glass
- Food safe & lead-free — suitable for hot mint tea and daily use
- Slight variations, tiny bubbles, and pontil marks are signs of authentic mouth-blown glassmaking
Handblown by Younes in Marrakech
These glasses are mouth-blown by Younes, the master glassblower, at his Ourika Road workshop in Marrakech. Recycled glass cullet is melted in a furnace at 1200°C, gathered on a blowing iron, and shaped by the force of a single breath into each glass. The diamond texture is pressed into the molten glass using a mould before the piece cools, permanently embedding the pattern into the wall. Learn more about how Moroccan tea glasses are made.
Care & Styling
Hand-wash in warm water and avoid abrasive scrubbing or prolonged soaking to protect the glass surface. The teal tint and diamond facets look striking on a dark wood table or a brass tray, especially in afternoon sunlight. For full guidance, see our guide to caring for Moroccan teaware. Pair these glasses with Moroccan teapots for a complete tea service, or explore our full tea glass collection for additional styles.
As a housewarming gift for a tea lover or a centrepiece for a candlelit dinner table, the set of six arrives ready to pour. Marrakeche also offers these glasses through our wholesale Moroccan products programme for restaurants, hotels, and event stylists sourcing authentic beldi glassware in bulk.
