This silver tea gift set with engraved teapot brings eight pieces together on one large tray — a footed teapot with pink silk tassel, six clear glasses in ornate silver filigree frames, and a hand-engraved round tray. Serves six and ships gift-ready. Includes 100 g Moroccan tea leaves.
In Moroccan homes, tea is not a quick beverage but a ritual of welcome — the host pours from height, the foam crowns each glass, and the set itself signals the occasion. This 8-piece service carries that tradition in silver-plated brass and mouth-blown glass, handcrafted in Marrakech’s medina.
What’s in the Set
- Footed engraved teapot — silver-plated brass with hand-engraved arabesque and geometric patterns; sits on three small silver feet for a raised ceremonial presence; includes a decorative pink silk tassel on the finial; capacity 700 to 800 ml
- Six clear glasses in silver filigree frames — each mouth-blown glass sits inside a hand-worked silver-plated brass frame with geometric and floral patterns that echo the teapot’s engraving
- Large round engraved tray — silver-plated brass with matching hand-engraved arabesque motifs; 35 cm diameter
- 100 g Moroccan tea leaves — included as a permanent component of every set
Hand-Engraved in Marrakech
The teapot and tray are the work of Kamal, master of silver-plated crafts, who applies naqsh hand-engraving — arabesque and geometric patterns cut directly into the silver-plated brass surface with fine chisels in his Marrakech workshop. Each stroke is visible on the metal, giving every piece a texture no machine can replicate.
The six clear glasses are mouth-blown by Younes, our Marrakech glassblower, who shapes each glass from molten glass gathered on the end of a blowpipe. The silver-plated brass filigree frames that hold them are hand-worked to match the teapot’s motifs, creating a unified designed service.

Care & Styling
Hand wash only — the silver-plated brass and mouth-blown glass both require gentle hand washing with mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges and dishwasher cycles. See our guide on how to care for your Moroccan teapot for detailed maintenance tips. Over time, the engraved brass develops a soft patina that many owners choose to keep.
On a dining table or a Moroccan tea stand, the footed teapot becomes the visual anchor while the filigree glasses catch candlelight through their silver frames. The set’s formal presentation — raised teapot, pink tassel, matching engravings across tray and glass frames — makes it well-suited for a wedding or host gift, and a natural anchor for someone furnishing a characterful entertaining space.
The Moroccan Tea Ceremony
Pouring tea from height is more than show — it aerates the tea and creates the foam that Moroccans consider the mark of a properly served glass. Our complete Moroccan tea ceremony guide walks through the full ritual, from washing the tea to the first pour.

Product Questions
What exactly comes in the 8-piece set?
The eight counted pieces are one footed engraved teapot with a pink tassel, six clear glasses in silver filigree frames, and one large round engraved tray. The offer also includes 100 g Moroccan tea leaves.
Is the teapot solid silver?
No. The teapot, tray, and glass frames are silver-plated brass, not solid silver. This is traditional for Moroccan engraved tea services and keeps the set durable and usable.
Does the teapot hold enough tea for all six glasses?
Yes. The footed teapot holds about 700 to 800 ml, enough for approximately six small Moroccan tea servings in one full round.
Does the teapot include the tassel shown in the photos?
Yes. The teapot includes the decorative pink tassel shown on the lid finial.
