Each piece is assembled from hand-cut panels arranged in a natural tri-color patchwork of rich browns, deep blacks, and creamy whites. No two poufs share the same hide pattern, making each one unique.

Abdelilah, the master leather artisan behind our poufs, hand-cuts and hand-stitches each cowhide pouf in Marrakech’s Souk Talaa leather district. He selects individual hides for consistent thickness and natural pattern before cutting geometric panels to template and joining them with blanket-stitch seams — a technique that sews through both layers of hide simultaneously, creating a visible raised ridge along each join and distributing stress across the stitch rather than the leather. This traditional construction gives the pouf its structural integrity and distinctive hand-finished character.

If you choose the unfilled option, this pouf ships flat and lightweight. Fill it at home with shredded foam, recycled fabric scraps, or densely packed old clothing — materials that hold shape under load without compressing flat. Care & Styling
