Gold Enamel Decoration

Hand-applied gold enamel bands wrap the mid and lower sections of each glass, catching light with a warm metallic glow when filled. The enamel sits slightly raised on the surface, adding a tactile texture you can feel. Because each band is applied by hand, no two glasses carry identical decoration — slight variations are the signature of a single artisan’s work.

Made by Younes in Marrakech

Each glass is mouth-blown by Younes in his workshop on Ourika Road, just outside the Marrakech medina, using recycled glass melted in a 1200°C furnace. Younes shapes every piece with the force of a single breath and then applies the gold enamel decoration himself. Care and Pairing
